DCC President and Chief Executive Officer, and Director
Mr. Paul was appointed to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of DCC in September 2009. His career has spanned over 30 years and includes senior management roles in large Canadian technology firms. Mr. Paul has worked extensively on managing major infrastructure projects—from the proposal stage through to contract award and delivery—in particular, for critical infrastructure projects in the civilian, government and defence sectors. Prior to his appointment with DCC, he was president of a video networking company, as well as serving as Chair of the Canada Science and Technology Museum Corporation's Board of Trustees. An Ontario lawyer, he earned a law degree from the University of Ottawa after studying in the business program at Carleton University.
