Project Description

As part of the $452-million Federal Infrastructure Investments Program (FIIP), DCC is helping DND to improve the condition of local armouries in 57 communities across Canada—including registered historic properties dating back more than a century. These facilities, including the Citadelle in Quebec City, Wolseley Barracks in London and the Seaforth Amoury in Vancouver, are integral to the traditions and streetscapes of their communities.

DCC's role encompasses project scope, delivery schedules and budgets: essentially, everything needed to get the projects ready for tender. With work ranging from structural repairs to HVAC, plumbing and electrical upgrades, DCC offers a coordinated, holistic approach that supports the entire lifecycle of each project.
